RETURN POLICY/PROCEDURE
We happily accept most unworn merchandise with tags attached within 7 days of receipt of product for a full refund or credit. All returns should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which the items were originally received, with the order reference clearly displayed on the exterior. Please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase.
You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Please note - We are NOT responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. Please address all returns to:

If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that the goods arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.
Orders which qualified for a gift with purchase, and where the entire order is being returned, the free gift must also be returned in order for the goods to be exchanged/ refunded.

EXCHANGES
At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.

REFUNDS
You will receive an email notification from KONPLOTT when we receive and process your return.
The total amount to be refunded will be refunded to the original method of payment used. Please allow 20 business days for your return to be processed.

SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address. Sales tax amount is estimated until order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Certificates; however, items paid for with Gift Certificates will be taxed.
